Privacy Policy

Effective date: October 10, 2026

This policy explains how Aioniox LLC ("Aioniox", "we"), a Delaware limited liability company, handles information in connection with this website and with our internal tool CameraSync.

1. This website

When you send a message through the contact form, we receive the name, company, email address and message you enter. We use this information only to reply to you and to keep a record of the conversation. The form is protected against automated abuse by Cloudflare Turnstile, which processes technical information about the request in order to tell people from bots. Our server keeps standard technical logs, such as IP address and browser type, for security and troubleshooting.

We do not sell personal information and we do not share it with third parties for their own marketing.

2. CameraSync and Google user data

CameraSync is an internal tool operated by Aioniox for its own use. It is not offered to the public. It copies video files recorded by the company's own cameras into the company owner's own Google Drive.

Data accessed. With the account owner's permission, CameraSync accesses Google Drive files and folders in that account: it creates folders, uploads video and photo files, lists folder contents and reads file names, sizes and checksums.

How the data is used. The access is used only to upload the owner's own media files and to verify that each upload arrived intact.

Sharing. Google user data is not sold, not transferred to third parties and not used for advertising. It is not used to develop or train artificial intelligence or machine learning models. No one other than the account owner reads the data.

Storage and security. The Google authorization token is stored only on the owner's own computer, in a file readable by that user account alone. Uploaded files stay in the owner's Google Drive. CameraSync has no server that receives or stores Google user data.

Retention and deletion. Access can be revoked at any time at myaccount.google.com/permissions. Removing the tool's configuration file deletes the stored token. Files already uploaded remain under the account owner's control in Google Drive and can be deleted there.

Limited Use. CameraSync's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs to any other app adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
